Manager, Marketing Retention - Remote
Role Overview:
As a critical member of the McAfee retention team, you will be responsible for driving growth through data-driven experimentation, and optimization. This person will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with them to identify opportunities for strategic product value, lead campaigns and strategic initiatives to improve customer retention and experience. This person will work with marketing specialists and other cross functional partners through the day-to-day execution of testing, analytics, creative, campaign launches for key customer segment prioritized as one of the top growth levers for the company.
This is a remote position based in either the United States or Canada. We will only consider candidates in the United States or Canada and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the role:
You'll work as part of a global team to develop, enhance and drive execution of business strategies designed to increase growth, minimize churn and maximize retention across all phases of the post-activation customer lifecycle
Deliver against a quarterly and annual plan with both a booking and units target
Follow the mental model of Data to Information, Information to Insights, Insights to Action to make informed decisions about your market using strong business acumen, analytical thinking and critical decision-making
Lead creative optimization of the user flow through constant testing to improve customer experience with focus on key monetization opportunities
Identify unmet customer needs and craft a solution to fulfill that need in service of minimizing the likelihood of customer churn through delivering value and a positive customer experience
About you:
You have at least 10+ years of professional experience
Analytical problem solver comfortable using data and business acumen to guide decisions using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics
E-Commerce background with familiarity of the principles of conversion rate optimization
Familiarity with design, multivariate or A/B testing, use of dashboards to analyze data strongly preferred
Digital marketing experience with consumer customer lifecycle strongly preferred
Experience with consumer subscription business strongly preferred
Demonstrated leading numerous initiatives to improve customer experience and improve retention KPIs
Proven ability to drive multiple high-profile initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Strong interpersonal communication skills to develop key relationships and influence teams to accomplish objectives
